About Me

I am a designer with a profound appreciation for indigenous textiles, art, and have a deep-rooted passion for sacred rituals and the power of sound . Creativity has always been my language, but my connection to nature and its healing wisdom runs just as deep. From an early age, my mother, who understood the power of plants and natural remedies, nurtured me with herbs and an intuitive knowledge of the Earth’s rhythms. This connection to healing and the natural world has always been a part of me, woven alongside my love for sacred sounds, artistry, and design.

For years, I expressed my creativity between London, Bali, and Japan, working as a designer while exploring the rich heritage of traditional craftsmanship. Yet, I always felt drawn to something deeper

a calling that truly took shape in 2014. It was then that the wisdom my mother had instilled in me stirred once more, guiding me toward the Earth teachings of Indigenous cultures and the transformative power of medicinal plants, sound, and energy work.

My path led me to learn from wisdom keepers around the world ,from the Balinese people to the Maya and Wixarika peoples in Mexico, the Cofan Tribe in Colombia, and cultures in India and Nepal—immersing myself in the sacred knowledge of ancient healing.

Over time, I became deeply rooted in Lakota traditions, embracing the teachings of the Medicine Wheel, Sun Dance, Vision Quest, and Inipi ceremonies. These experiences reshaped my understanding of interconnectedness, reinforcing my reverence for all life.

For the past six years, I have been dedicated to preserving and celebrating Indigenous artistry, curating a gallery and shop that honor the cultural significance and craftsmanship behind each piece. At Medicine Festival, I had the privilege of showcasing Indigenous artistry, creating a space where their heritage is not only preserved but deeply respected and empowered.

Today, I have fully embraced my role as a sound healing and energy work practitioner, offering one-to-one and small-group sound healing, sacred rituals, and unity circles. My work is a bridge between tradition and transformation, a path to deeper connection, healing, and self-discovery.

A vital part of my mission is bringing this pratices to  the youth and children, planting the seeds of connection, balance, and emotional well-being from an early age. In today’s fast-paced and often disconnected world, yang people need grounding practices that nurture their inner peace and connection to nature. Through sound, breath, and movement, I like to  help to cultivate emotional resilience, creativity, and a deep sense of belonging to the Earth. By offering these teachings to the next generation, we are not only healing the present but also shaping a more harmonious future.
