My work weaves together Earth wisdom, creativity, and healing sounds, drawing from ancient shamanic traditions to awaken our deep connection to the Self and the Earth and each other. Through sound, breath, and movement, I guide others in rediscovering their innate harmony with nature.
Rooted in ancestral knowledge and holistic healing, my practice is dedicated to restoring balance between humanity and the natural world. I am especially passionate about bringing these teachings to the youth and childrens, nurturing their Innative connection from an early age. By doing so, we empower future generations to grow with a sense of respect, unity, and belonging.
Honoring the Earth
Nature is a living, breathing force a sacred teacher and healer. Guided by Indigenous wisdom I explore the vibrational essence of the Earth, spiritual knowledge and shamanic rituals.

Energy work with Sound is a core elements of my practice. I work with specific vibrational frequencies to help regulate the nervous system restore balance and realign energy while shamanic techniques guide deeper spiritual healing.

Sound healing harnesses the power of vibrational frequencies to restore balance within the body, mind, and spirit. Therapeutic frequencies, such as 432 Hz and 528 Hz, help regulate the nervous system, release emotional blockages, and activate the body’s natural healing processes.
